Nothing like the website. Dilapidated and depressing place. Decoration was a very long time ago. Garden is 2 fields with no plants and a broken patio unsuitable to be used by the residents. Handyman seems to do very little. Manager very weak leaving carers to do as they please. One carer is exceptionally rude and aggressive to relatives and, unknown to us,may be like this with residents. This carer makes up her own rules. The home is very unsuitable for people with dementia
