"I placed an order on a Friday evening, and as per the instructions on the website, rang the number to make my card payment; however, as I expected on a Friday evening, the office was closed, and the recorded message instructed me to ring back during office hours. Fair enough. But within a few minutes, somebody who was working late rang me back and took my payment. I explained that if possible I'd like the delivery by Wednesday and the chap on the phone assured me he'd have it to me by then. Sure enough, on Wednesday afternoon I took delivery of my order, everything was there, everything was correct and everything worked perfectly. One happy bunny. I'll DEFINITELY use this company again and I can recommend them to you in the highest possible terms."

"110% PERFECT FROM START TO FINISH!"
"I needed 5 motorola shoulder mic replacements while on tour in the UK with the American rock band I Tour Manage for, I spoke with the company at roughly 3pm on a thursday afternoon, sent the order in by email shortly after explaining my urgency, and I had the items in my hands in Glasgow, Scotland at 9am the morning of the next day (friday). Not only that, but even with the exchange rate and everything taken into consideration, I still was able to purchase them for a cheaper price (for the actual Motorola brand replacements) than what I normally pay when ordering them from my provider in the US. I can not recommend Craig and the whole Radiotronics staff enough, if you need anything at all whether in a hurry or not, they will take care of you. They gained a customer for life with me after this transaction, Thanks a Million!!!!!"

"We stumbled across Radiotronics through a google search and glad we did. The order was placed over a bank holiday weekend but sales team (Craig) contacted us by email straight away and was able, and happy, to answer any questions I had about the order despite it being outside of office hours. The after service support was great, I felt that I was asking too many questions, but Craig was helpful and always answered my questions quickly. I would totally recommend Radiotronics and have done already!"
